What is Jitter?
Jitter measures the variation in your ping. If your ping jumps from 20ms to 150ms and back, you have high jitter. This ruins VoIP callsand online gaming, causing lag spikes even if your speed is fast.
Is it me or the ISP?
If this tool shows "Offline" but your WiFi icon is still on, the issue is likely with your Modem or ISP, not your device's connection to the router. Use the "Event Log" to prove outage times to your provider.
